Marc Saint-Onge has dedicated the last 18 years in the research and development of the moor mud science for the natural health industry. As an orthotherapist and herbalist he has his private practice and treats patients with muscular skeletal problems. Since 1987 he has established three orthotherapy clinics in the Ottawa area, founded the Canadian Orthotherapy College where students train to become massage therapists and orthotherapists. During Marc's career he has trained over 5,000 massage therapists.

He founded Golden Moor, a renowned company specializing in the manufacturing of natural health product based on moor. Golden Moor is now exported to over 11 countries. Marc owns and treats patients at his Golden Moor Spa and Health Centre located in Casselman, Ontario, Canada. The Spa specializes in medical health treatment based on balneotherapy and the use of full submersible mud baths. Marc has shared his health and wellness message in the United States, Canada, UK, Japan, China, Singapore and all over the globe.

Carol Phillips is one of the most acclaimed professional speakers to surface within the beauty industry. Carol's sole (or soul) focus is directed toward boosting salon & spa sales through retailing and merchandising. As the “Diva of Retail” she has helped thousands of beauty businesses make their sales soar. Carol Phillips unique selling approach enabled her salon to average 55% of total revenues with retail sales alone, causing her to be named American Salon's first Retailer of the Year by American Salon Magazine. The award was given for creative excellence in salon merchandising, service and sales techniques in the art of salon retailing, setting the groundwork for her book, In The Bag and over a dozen in spa training DVD's.

Ms. Phillips is the founder of EncompassOne Marketing Group, which offers full service marketing, branding, service training, product development and sales programs. Her group has done work for John Paul Mitchell Systems, Redken, Jane Iredale, Golden Moor, and SAMPAR. Carol has trained great spas like Canyon Ranch Resorts, Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salons, Glen Ivy Hot Springs, Gaylord Palms, Exhale Spas, and Grove Park Inn. Carol's company designed the original prototype spas for Estee Lauder's-Origins Spa and General Nutrition Centres.
